What is the optimal time/number of passes needed to test non-overclocked DDR non ECC and ECC RAM?

Let it run for a couple of hours, or a couple of tests, whatever comes first

if there is an error in the memory you will see it after at most 2 or 3 passes.... but the more loops the better...
