Quick Format or Regular?

just wondering if there is any significant difference between Quick Formatting and regular Formatting. would the quick miss some stuff? or does it just nuke it faster?

I typcially do the quick format because I trust my drives. I also clean them using gdisk, and occasionally use the diskwipe option that's pretty thorough.

i usually do the quick on my drives cuz im far from an end user, but when im doing other peoples drives i use the full..because u jsut never knoww hat they have doen to it...and as far as i knwo the quick just deletes where as the full actually formatts it kinda like a floppy disk.
