I tried googling for this but didnt seem to get an answer.. I understand how the tech basically works for a boot drive.. use a smallish SSD and "Raid" it with a larger HD for caching frequently used programs.

My question is if I use a 240GB SSD for boot can I use the SRT technology for the "D" drive so to speak.. have my 3TB games HD work with a 60GB SSD for the SRT technology? Or is it strictly limited to the boot drive?

I dont have SRT, but I do believe its for boot HDD and SSD cache drive
I think it needs O//S on drive to function Data drive is a dead fish.
But dont quote me on this.
I only answered because no one else did.
Will be getting a Z68 in about a month, we shall see.

d'oh, sorry mate didn't see that included. I haven't tried it myself yet as it's a blackbox and you cannot see what or how much cache it has used. I still think the Z68 has enough bugs without adding something like this to it .. yet (with separate SSD yes would be fine)
