Question about what power supply I need for Xeon board

Going to be driving 2 CPU's, all slots full of RAM, AMD 6950 video card, and at most 2 harddrives. Needs to fix in a standard desktop ATX case.

I am using an eVGA 750watt and these 2 coolers in my Air 540. Was going to put it in the 740 but put my 4790k setup in it.

So do I need a specialty power supply for this, or is it just abnormal variant of abnormal ATX PSU?

Was hoping to get a power supply for this for less than $100.

Quite a few modular PSUs use the same 8-pin plug for GPU/PCI-e and CPU 12V, only the card/board end of the cable is keyed different.
The higher wattage ones have quite a few of these plugs and sometimes (typically around ~800W+ from my experience) come with two of the CPU types.
