I was wondering if anyone knows if the black bezel on this can be removed so it can be installed into a CM Centurion 590 without it being noticed.

I tried asking this in the general hardware forum but go zero responses after a few days of it being there.

I also tried calling CM and was told that they do not sell the 4 in 3 device module that comes stock with the case by itself.

yes it can be removed and mounted inside the case like the 4 in 3 that comes with all the stacker 830's

FYI, CM also sells the 4-in-3 modules that come stock with the 590 separately. You could always grab one of those instead.

I called them and was told that they do not sell that part seperately.

I'm pretty sure they did start selling them separately, but I suppose I could be wrong. As long as you find something that works, it doesn't really matter anyway.

Guys... Everything can be removed :)

But, I've got an extra 590 cage sitting around here for a few bucks + shipping if anyone wants it.

In the words of Joxor "The Mighty" (from the TV show Xena) "AAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW Crap"........I just ordered the aftermarket one late last night. If I would have waited, I could have picked up the one you're selling.

It's still not exactly the same as the one in the CM590. The stock bay has rubber grommets for the drive screws versus the metal shelves and the sides are drilled out for ventilation.

That's OK.....I do not plan on putting a window on this case, so I'll never even notice the difference.
