Hello,

Does anyone own this case? This is a great case but I run into a problem. I was installing a separate CPU Cooler and the CPU Air Duct is blocking the way. I'm installing a Zalmon 9500. If I remove the CPU Air Duct, seam like it going to fit. I want to know if I remove the CPU Air Duct, will it effect my cooling performance? If so, how much and should I be worried?

This is the link to the Lian Li Case

Thank You

Looking at Lian-Li's heat dissipation flow link removal of the duct to mount the 9500 is a good idea. Just make sure that the fan of the 9500 is following the same direction as the rear intake case fan.

Go it old-school; forget the duct and point that 80mm fan exhausting out the back. I prefer my normal ATX cases to intake through the front and exhaust through the back and top. Besides, having that rear fan as an intake will suck a ton of dust onto your CPU.
