Hey, I just got my V2400W right, and right out of the box the colors were alot brighter then my old, so I played around with Nvidia display wizard, and settings and got it to look pretty much like my old one, then I went to The black and White test at http://www.lagom.nl/ and I couldn't see up to the 5th one on my monitors, and I did the white test and couldn't see the last 5 bars. So I was like err, maybe this isn't how it's suppose to be, and changed all the settings back to default. Now I can see all the black boxes except the first 2. and all the white boxes except the last 3.
Anywho, my main question is: Does it make that much of a difference? I did want kinda truish dark/white tones, but it looks so light compared to my old monitor. Like things that were black are now grayish black, but I'd rather get use to the new if it's going to look more true lol
Also arn't I suppose to be able to see all the white boxes and black here? I tried alot of settings on my monitor and couldn't really see the first/last 2 on both.

oh, I had one more question: In my nvidia control panel, it says I can go to resolution 2048x1537, but my monitor only supports 1920x1200 (is that normal.. lol)
Oh ya, and my old monitors color temp was on 9500K, I got the new one set up 6500K, (isn't 6500K better? The 9500K makes pale colors look silver)
dangit, I hate trying to get the right settings ><
Edit// I'm really obsessing here, but just out of curiosity which color does the original image look like to you? Greenish, or bluish. Heres a picture of it on both monitors, then original. Trying to find out what color is the 'real' color here lol
