Yes it will, two of us have fit GTX260's which is the same size. You'll loose 2 SATA ports unless you purchase 2 left-handed SATA cables. You may have clearance issues with the PCI-E power connectors if they're stiff, but I didn't have a problem. Also, your PCI-E slot cannot be the furthest in, it must be the 2nd slot out.
