I have been happy with my QNAP TS-239 for several years now, but want to upgrade, and prefer to build my own hardware I have been looking for a FreeNAS alternative as I do not need ZFS and prefer a Linux based OS. I have been googling a lot without fiding the site you linked to, thanks again! I guess I will have to try this out om my ESXi server tonight
