This is ****ed up.

Specs are in my sig, and I have an Antec TruPower 330watt PSU

A few minutes ago, I was on my computer, doing something important, when I heard my computer click like its about to shut down (that sound usually happens the second before it shuts down). I frantically hibernate it, but then it wouldn't hibernate, so I held down the power button for a few seconds to emergency shut it down. I waited a few seconds to restart it, and went into the BIOS to check things out. While I was in there, I hear that clicking sound, and this time, it sounded like a fan was slowing down (either the PSU fan or the processor fan). So I did another emergency shut down and now I'm afraid to turn it back on, because of the fear of losing all of my data.

What is the problem?

Make sure the heatsink is on your CPU. They make that weird sound when they're throttling and overheating sometimes. 330W is kinda low for that setup. You should have a beefy 400W with good amperage for that at least.
