Hello lovely users.
PC:
10850K stock with Kraken X73 cooling AIO
2x16GB DDR4 RIPJAWS ( BLACK ) GSKILL 3200mhz XMP ( will be ON )
Aorus Z490 Pro Ax
Gigabyte Rtx 3090 Gaming Oc ( stock ) ( 2x8pins )
1ssd 2tb Crucial <Nvm P1>

And yeah thats all. Which psu will be enough and the best? Wanna solid psu for that build. Thank you

PS:
Was searching for Seasonic 1000W TX ULTRA TITANIUM but nowhere is on stock.
So maybe 850W? But not sure. Cpu is hungry also.

THank you for recommendations :) Cheers

850 watt is minimum for a system like that.

RM850 Corsair is what I know a friend is using for a similar system. But not overlocked

I think 850W would be enough unless you plan on adding a lot of extras later. I wouldn't go crazy looking for a Titanium PSU. A gold or platinum should be fine unless you plan on running it 24/7/365 for the entire life of the PSU (even then I'm not sure you would ever actually make up the difference in price in electricity savings).

I was searching for 1000TX SEASONIC model but is out of stock everywhere

I have a similar configuration and I'm using a Seasonic Platinum 1200w PSU. That being said, I am overclocking everything and watercooling as well. I also have several physical hard drives in addition to the SSD's.

Between general product availability, chinese new year, and mining?
getting anything above 1000w is going to be difficult, but 850+ ok, 1000+ is ideal

I have a 10850K and a 3090 and I run a Seasonic 1000W gold. Best buy usually has them in stock. Amazon does as well for a high price though.

Microcenter has been hit and miss. That said, I think your right in that 850w units seem to be common enough.

I noticed that Seasonic Titaniums were sold out in Canada and USA back in Dec 2020 ( the 850 W & 1000 W ) but... I recently noticed on Newegg.com that you can ship a 1000 W from Hong Kong... ( they send two power cords, one for Honk Kong and one for the destination ).

https://www.newegg.com/p/1HU-0019-0...=seasonic_titanium-_-1HU-0019-002G6-_-Product

I live in Canada ( I always have to think about import taxes when shipping from the States ).

I've been doing a mishmash of manually trying to calculate power requirements ( like 150 Watts per PCI-e cable + 75 Watt from the PCI slot ) + CPU requirements + reviews + NVIDIA requirements + Toms Hardware chart ( Tom's is saying that 3090+ Intel HEDT = 1KW):

https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidias-rtx-3000-power-supply-requirements-PSU-shortage-2020#:~:text=For the Nvidia GeForce RTX,HEDT and AMD Threadripper platforms.

I emailed Seasonic on Newegg a week or so ago and asked them when we are getting Seasonic Titaniums in the 850W+ range and no reply. That's actually why I logged in - to find out if there was any information... because I see Seasonic Platinums go in and out of stock for the 850 W ( in Canada ) - I noticed they are back in stock today.

An APC UPS 1000 Watt is twice as expensive as a 850 Watt.

Are there rare earth metals used in the Titanium line? Why are they so hard to find?

yeah but Seasonic Tx 850W Titanium Prime is on stock here in Poland but prize is crazy

If you live in Poland you can try and find a "good" rebadged Seasonic:

Best Power Supplies 2021

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html

Yesterday Amazon.com had 7x Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 12 1200 Watt power supplies but today they are all gone ( $700 CDN including the stupid import taxes, so I decided not to buy ). If you find something at a good price, it's best to buy it.

Dec 29 2020, when I found out that I couldn't even back order a Seasonic Titanium, I ended up buying a Fractal Design Ion+ 860p ( I bought it because I really liked the Fractal Design 7 case, so I was curious about the PSU ). $189 CDN for a Platinum power supply was crazy good. What is weird is that when the Ion+ 860p went out of stock, they erased it from the store, so you can't even see it on Newegg.ca ( which is weird ).

Amazon Canada started taking pre-orders for: Seasonic Prime TX-850, 850W 80+ Titanium

In reviews, the PSUs run much higher than the rating on the box, with the premium lines running even higher.

Take a look at page 6: https://www.kitguru.net/components/...ic-prime-850w-titanium-power-supply-review/6/

"We managed to get the power supply to deliver 1098W before it would shut down, delivering around 152W more than rated specifications."

So Seasonic Prime TX-850, 850W 80+ Titanium should be enough for that specs? I cant find anywhere here in Poland 1000W good psu.

So I'm running your gpu and cpu setup with the 10850 5.1 all core and the zotac 3090 flash to reduce power limits. im running 7 120mm case fans and 2 on the nh-d15. 3 HHDs and 3 SSDS.

My PSU is a corsair ax850 and while running various benchmarks my killawatt shows about 630 watts used... 400watts in most games and 90 at idle. Ive read about 30 series gpu having huge micro spikes of draw but the killawatt doesn't or cant show that.

So if i order Seasonic Prime TX-850, 850W 80+ Titanium will be fine? But i dont see anywhere in Poland,1000W in stock.

I was searching for 1000W but nowhere is on stock, any model.

PS:
I must sold my Xbox Series X to get cash for PSU and SSD clear.png hehe . Anyway please answer to question about psu thank you.

I went with a Phanteks RevoltX 1k PSU
Same set up as you, but AMD 5950x. Phanteks uses seasonic's internals so it's a quality unit.

My Seasonic PRIME 850w was not enough when I pushed the 3090 to full +114% power. I had a couple system shutdowns while playing RDR2 and Horizon Zero Dawn.

After replacing the unit with an EVGA 1000w, I had no more issues. Theoretically the 850w should have been enough, but my personal experience said otherwise.

Ok guys i ordered Seasonic Prime Titanium Tx-850 . Tommorow i will get it.

Yes it will be enough for your system. Even with OC room. I recently upgrade to a Seasonic 850w platinum gpu cause it was the only one I seen that had support for 5 pci-e/cpu 8 pins
