The 3200G and 3400G are Zen+, not Zen 2.
That doesn't explain why they are saying 5 new processor SKU's? And its still ryzen 3000 so it's still considered the next gen

There won't be any APU's coming out any time soon on 7nm... They have only just announced the 3200g and 3400g which will be 12nm zen+I saw a vid on YT that claimed the APUs on 7nm will come out in November. Take that bit with some salt as I couldn't find any other source even mentioning it.
