Hori Real Arcade Pro
Madcatz Tournament Edition fightstick.


These might be more than your budget but your getting double the quality compared cheaper sticks. Do not get anything that doesn't have Sanwa/Seimitsu parts.

I love my Madcatz TE and I would highly recommend it. Easy to mod to make it play even better. You might be able to find a used one in your range, but I'd guess you'd have to toss in another ~$20, but it'll be well worth it.

Pretty much any stick that can be modded with Sanwa/Seimitsu parts will suit you well. Hori makes the Real Arcade Pro series, which are topnotch and easily modded. Same goes for the Madcatz TE (Tournament Edition) line.
