Is your PS2 modded in anyway? Is it a PAL, NTSC/U or NTSC/J model? Fat, slim, or mini?

I recommend buying another $30 PS2.
Or just running PCSX2. There was a huge update to the release build a week or so ago, and the quality of its emulation is pretty damned good. It has no LLE yet, as far as I'm aware, but LLE has just recently become viable for Nintendo 64 so I don't think it's out of the question for PS2 in the near future. I've been running all my PS2 games through PCSX2 for the past 8 years.

Yea I checked everything I know to check with a multimeter continuity from av port pins to the board and along those traces, continuity in my av and component cables, tested resistors and caps , I reflowed solder joints thinking that might help but I still got what you see in pic. I will try your idea and see whst happens thanks for all you guys help.

Did you check the input on the TV? That may be bad, as well. Can just try plugging in another device to that input and see if the same thing happens.
