Projector for outdoor use on a budget

My mom wants to to get my dad a new projector for their outdoor movies. The screen is just a white sheet over plywood, two sheets wide so 16 feet. They don't need anything fancy, 720p or 1080p would be nice but honestly that's not even necessary. Something that will work even if there is a lot of moon light. Under $200 would be great, under $300 is possible, used is not out of the question.
