Program to create a restore partition?

Heres what I am doing:

Built a Windows Embedded image. Put it on a device. I want to be able to create a "restore partition" somehow that you can hit a key to enter into during normal boot and restore the main Windows Embedded image to its "factory default".

Anyone?

Creating a "restore" partition is relatively easy, but I don't know about Hot-keying it at boot - seems to me that would require a custom bios option. Acronis can create a protected partition for an image, but you need a boot disk....not a hot-key.

I was thinking that the extra partition with the restore would actually be the first boot device and whenever it goes to boot you have to hit a key within a second or two... *shrug*
