prog to import palm contacts to outlook 2003?

Since i switched to outlook 2k3 from outlook express i decided to transfer my contacts from palm desktop to outlook 2k3. after about 5 minutes of manually typing them in i figured theres got to be a better way. is there any program that will transfer all the contact info to oulook for me?
