process in startup tab called "Andy"

and I can't figure out what it is and where it came from.

It just says "Andy"

my googlefu isn't helping.

right click it, properties, file location. whats the file location and process that actually runs (an exe?)?

try doing a windows explorer search for "andy"

Andy Android Emulator? Maybe it was crapware installed with something else.

Have you tried Autoruns? It might help you pinpoint things.
