Problems installing Office 2013 64 bit, French Proofing

I'm in the process of installing Office 2013 (TechNet), and even though I don't have French selected, it always fails trying to install the proofing.cab file.

I tried redownloading the ISO (x86+ x64), and it still happened.

Anyone else have this problem?
