Asus doesn't include a floppy with the motherboard,you have to make your own from the CD, so you can install the SATA drivers during Wndow setup, they do include a create a disk program in the CD, you just have to find it, it's in the IAA file, which is in the chipset file, which is in the driver file.
Total pain in the ass for me. I have the same mobo. I found the floppy disk edition of the Intel ICH5R raid controller software on Intel's site and just used that. Made a floppy with it, voila.
