So I haven't logged on a while, was playing UT for a bit but gave it up.
Decided to see what Fortnite is all about, so I go to log in to the launcher, it tells me I need to reset my password (error code: AS-18100), ok.
I get the e-mail, click the link, enter a new password, and get the message 'Sorry, the code you are using couldn't be found.'
I've tried it 4 times, the error code isn't on their support page, I had what I thought was a working e-mail for support (accounts@unrealengine.com), but I get a reply stating that e-mail address is not monitored with a link to their support page, which is of no help.
Google isn't turning up much either.
