Printer prints all black background on every printout why ? Started happening after Windows 10 updat

Here is what it looks like. How do I fix ?

printer prints this every time from my pc.jpg
 
Windows Dark mode making it white text on dark background maybe?

Maybe uninstall the driver and re-install it.

Did that.

Nothing.

The weird part is on a VM with the same exact version of Windows 10 except it is version home it does not do this.
