Prices of Windows 7?

Those of you who are TechNet paid subsribers know what will be the prices for the retail windows 7 editions? Will it be similar to vista when it was release?
Can't find any site giving this info yet unless someone knows
 
Those of us with technet subs would be the least likely to know, to be honest, because we wouldn't be paying for Windows 7.
 
Well I was wrong, you guys are paying for it since some of that $349 per year will be going to various software at MS. But I guess you won't know the actual price for each retail version.
