I don't know enough to decide if it's a press release or not. Even then, it seems to just be a review sample which is generally the same as a released card, so again, nothing special.

If only it wouldn't be such a hassle to crossfire with another one without doing something crazy with the radiator, or switching to a real watercooling solution. But at that price it would make sense to upgrade to a newer card anyway.
