Any chance VB has an option to do "posts in the last 24 hours" or "posts today" in the profile?

Is this what you're looking for? The display options are set individually by forum, but you can override them if you want. But be warned if you set it too far back, it'll slow load times because it has to generate the html links and on some of the busier forums it'll create considerable horizontal scroll.

Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Default Thread Age Cut Off

You may specify a time period from which to display threads. Threads older than the age you specify will not be shown.

Use Forum Default
Show threads from last day
Show threads from last 2 days
Show threads from last week
Show threads from last 10 days
Show threads from last 2 weeks
Show threads from last month
Show threads from last 45 days
Show threads from last 2 months
Show threads from last 75 days
Show threads from last 100 days
Show threads from last year
Show all threads

oops. Meant for posts *you* made today As opposed to total posts over lifetime of the account in the profile.

In a person profile you can click "Find all posts by ______" which will bring up a chronological list of all posts starting with the most recent. You can just see that posts made today have a date of today and posts from yesterday are listed as yesterday and anything earlier than that has a date. So if you just look at the posts that say today you can see all the posts from today.
