Post your "rate my cables" here

My another customer's rig:

I managed cables for easy maintainance in the future but it's still OK for air flow.

Some did very neat cable management for good looking but it take so much time to untie those cables.

Just a net surfing rig, there's no any front fan :p

Okay, more seriously. I am quite happy with how this turned out with a cheap Zalman Z9 case with no cable management features at all except for a slot where I could sneak the 8-pin motherboard cable because they cut out a portion to form the power supply shelf. Basically no room in the back to put anything, had to sandwich the USB, power, reset, LED, etc. cables between the motherboard and the tray through the CPU cut-out. Thank god for modular power supplies. CPU really needs a Hydro or Kuhler on it right now.

Just realized the wires to the waterblock changed a smidge after the picture was taken.

Here's a lit-up shot.

I can honestly say I haven't been more confused trying to understand something all weekend.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I bought an acrylic sheet from HD, cut it, then bent it with the help of a heatgun.

Looks nice, you should do the same with the spamshrouds on the gpu's, atleast just three thin stripes put on with double sided tape.

just installed psu/OD bays cover and my freshly made clear side panel on my Core 1000 build

I'm using two cables for 4 ports in my setup. I always use front USB.

Front usb still needs to go on your mobo.

i need some hints and tips on my cable management as its shocking:

as you can see, that stupid usb takes up a lot of shit at the bottom of my case

i could tidy up the sata ports better. what about my case fan cables?

I use 3/8" split loom to hide smaller cables. That included front ports for firewire, usb, sound jacks, etc. It also works nice when hiding multiple fan cables.

Do u really need those additional usb ports? If not i'd just take them out - afaik that P6T Deluxe has 8 rear usb ports. Also if you dont mind spending time you could sleeve those case fan cables, i'd also try to route all cables behind hdd cage/mobo tray. If you want to go even further you could sleeve all front panel cables and get some nice single sleeved extensions for your 24-pin and pci-e cables. Here is my other rig, maybe you can get some ideas from it:

In the next week or so I'll post up some pics of my backup system since I'll be using some old parts to update it.

Pretty clean, no SSD on your main system? What's that strap around the PSU?

Looks rubber... anti-vibration?

Nope, no SSD for now on the main system. At least not until something around 320GB becomes more affordable. As for the strap it's just a metal strap that's part of the case. I assume it's to help with anti-vibration. Or more likely for a quick release for the PSU as long as you don't screw it in. It is made of metal but the rails that the PSU sit on have rubber on them. But the strap is made of metal. However, it clamps the PSU pretty tight. I am thinking of removing it for a cleaner look though.

I wanted to post some slightly better photos that before. But you'll have to forgive my terrible photography skills :D

@silent-circuit: Thanks :) Yep, custom case. Haha, I knew at least one person would comment on the Rosewills. There are S-flex fans behind the radiator. But the Rosewills aren't that bad, actually. Quiet, blue, fan controller (see PCI slots) and the $$ was right.

@Spare-Flair: Here you go. About as simple as possible.
