Can't remember where I got it, but here.....

It's noly 1280x960, but you can always resize it. It scales very well on the notebook in my sig.....
 
for the most basic things, like takeing screenshots use paint from windows and save em in Jpeg. and if your desktop is ENORMUS please dont post a direct image, a link will b better.

thats pretty cool, I cant seem to understand the weather report stuff, I want it on my desktop but it keeps asking me all sorts of questions, I will play with it some more also I cant get my network plugin to show strength, any ideas? also digilink, do you have yous docked?
 
The program I use for the clock and such is called "Konfabulator". Image is obviously from Digital Blasphemy. :rolleyes:

Im only using Konfabulator for the weather radar, the other sidebar is part of the new google desktop search. It's pretty cool and worth downloading if you want that kind of info at your fingertips. The system monitor is a plugin, you can get it from http://desktop.google.com/plugins
 
I already had konfabulater, I did figure out how to get weather and network info to show, I am making a newer desktop now, I am trying to find an icon for Riva Tuner...
 
Not much different for me other than the wallpaper, and the fact I don't have the taskbar set to auto-hide. I'm using Safire Milk theme for Firefox; wallpaper by Hermik; Konfabulator; Y'z Dock; Y'z Toolbar; Rainlende; system icons changed to Ti Metal iconset & System 5 Windowsblind theme. Google is your friend.....First image is a "clean" desktop", second one is "dirty"...

Since so many are using it, I have to ask... Does the Windows version of Konfabulator ... err ... not suck? I've tried the Mac version quite a few times (it started as an OS X-exclusive), and I don't think I've seen a bigger RAM hog in my entire computing career.

at this point, as long as you have over 1GB of RAM, everythings fine. i personally love it, even if it does suck us my resources. though i dont think that its that bad. at least not for me...

btw, secksi desktop ;) :p
 
Konfabulater is cool, no it dont suck, I do think that samurize is much better though. I made a sweet "widget" with it, Check this out
I will prolly be adding to it at some point or making something else, I dont know too many possabilities.
 
Yeah, Konfabulator is cool, works just fine on my system. I have 1 gig or RAM and everything runs smoothly....in fact, I run konfabulator, Yz Shadow, WindowBlinds, MS Antispyware, Spybot, and Norton in the background at all times, and there's barely a difference from when I reformat/reinstall.....so, I guess Konfabulator doesn't make a giant difference if it's running or not. :)
 
Yeah, jhego, I would also really like to get a link to that wallpaper (it's really nice).
