This is why I don't get that "America only has crappy internet infrastructure because of the low population density" argument. Is New York City densely populated enough for ya? lol.
The stupid turbo boost thing skews my results. It usually shows 28 - 30mbit down, but i'm streaming live.twit.tv right now. I really only get 16/1 sustained. I can now get up to 50/5 here, but I don't have the financial stability to pay for it, yet.
I'm pretty happy with the download speed, its the upload I need. Sending files to my server takes forever.

Comcast decided to double my speed...
Time Warner would rather bribe politicians(NC is perfect example), instead of fixing and maintaining their infrastructure. Over the past year Twc has change policies and gone to great lengths to hide the truth of their substandard network.

i wasn't suprised at all to get packet loss ugh depressing...
What packet loss... the packet loss test was skipped because you don't have JRE installed or the packets are being blocked due to firewall settings.

They increased my bill by $2 a few months ago...and I get 2 Mb/s extra. Not cool.

Got the Peplink balance 20 installed at home. 2, 30/3 cable modems.

If you got 3 cable modems that doing 30/3 connected to your peplink the upload and download should be faster then that. It should be showing more like 85-90meg down and 7-8 meg upload.

No, I got 2 cable modems doing 30/3 of them not 3.

We host the server in Cocoa Fl, Unfortunately, The only machines I have near it are linux with no GUI, And a single windows atom box that produces poor results.

Finally got a huge speed increase for the Cox Ultimate tier in Cleveland, Ohio! YAY! Bad news is that I seem to get better results from sites much further away from where I live

Too bad it doesnt apply to their billing policy, I would be like I love to pay the full amount but today my pockets will only allow me to pay "up to"
