Yeah, it is what it is though. They are supposedly working on up-channel bonding and will be releasing soon as well as a significantly faster tier. We shall see.

The school have a 10/10 GbE connection and we are under 3k students, all RJ45 ports at campus have GbE.

Nope, we reach > 600 mbit at campus. and my gigabit server in Germany gets ~930 mbit..

I think its the speed test server limit, I get 115MBPS when downloading a file according to my manager

Paying for uverse 24/3 and comcast 16/2. Runnign through PFSense multi-wan.

Uverse comes through at 23.85/2.98 and comcast is at ~35/1.85
