Post your 3dMark 2005 scores here. (Link to list in 1st post)

Here is an update on my score:

My previous score of 7,005 was with the 81.85 drivers prior to that version becoming WHQL-certified. My new score, with the WHQL-certified 81.85 drivers, is:

7,006

Just an ole core r423, x800pro core, running on a ole .13 a64 w/ poor case cooling. My c3d gto gets 7200 3dmark05 w/ stock cooling. :)[/URL]
Holy-freakin-cow!

Just broke 6200 with my Connect3D X800GTO, running 16 pipes, R423 core, Core speed of 550 and Memory speed of 520. The 2.0ns memory on this card doesn't have too much headroom.. but this core is amazing.. 68.9C max temp during testing...

I was stuck with a temporary video card a 6600(non-gt) out of curiousity I ran 3d Mark 05 to see how well my machine would run it got a whopping 2111. I finally got my eVGA 7800 GTX KO and got a 7579. Is it just me or are those numbers a tad low? My system specs are in my sig.

7579 is pretty low for that card, first one I've seen that's under 8000 at stock. What drivers are you using and did you do a clean install from the 6600?

I got it up to 7832 by turning off a couple processes in the background. As for drivers, all newest non-beta.

I had to do a fresh install of the drivers as the resolutoin options were off. As in no 1680x1050. Didn't use driver cleaner though.

This list is updated. But I am having problems uploading the pics.

DAMN you Imageshack!

I will try again tomorrow. Usually these things are fixed pretty fast.

I only did 2 runs, each from a clean boot. Specs are in sig. Free Version.

Run 1: 4509
Run 2: 4511

Avg: 4510

A very spooky [H]alloween edition of the list.
1,311 terrifying scores.

Enjoy, and save some candy for me won't you?

Good job on the list! What do those colors mean, again?

In this list, the pink entries indicate GeForce 7800GT setups (SLI and non-SLI). The blue entries are those of other GeForce SLI setups (6600GT, 6800, 6800GT, 6800 Ultra and 7800GTX). The brown entry is a Radeon X1800 series-based setup. The red entry indicates the most recent score on the list.

He is correct except for the fact that the color for the X1800 XL is maroon and not brown. :D

The 7800 GT is colored because it is the newest major card on the list.
The color makes it easy to see.
Soon the 7800 GT will loose its color after the X1800 XL numbers begin rolling in.

It looked brown to my eyes. My monitor does a mediocre job of reproducing maroon.

And once the X1800XL numbers begin rolling in, although the single-card 7800GT numbers will lose their color, the 7800GT SLI numbers will change from pink to blue (the same color as all other NVIDIA SLI numbers).

8775

This is what I have acheived with the new overclock tool. I know the memory is rated to 700MHz, but any higher I get artifacts. I tried raising the memory voltage, but it doesnt help, so either the core doesnt like the higher mem speeds, or maybe the mem voltage control isnt working. I am at 1.3v on the core and still can go higher on the core speed. What is the max safe core voltage for these things? Any ideas?

6590 OCed 575 565 system specs of sig I'm usign ati tool, I don't see a setting for changing voltage level to get above 575 without artifacting, its water cooled so heat isn't issue for it.

So far...

9800Pro ~ 2500
6600GT ~ 3400
X800XL ~ 5,550
7800GT - 7710 81.65
SLI'd 7800GTs - 10195 81.87 Beta

Is it just me or do the 7800GT's seem like they underperform when in SLI mode? It seems like they should get 11000 stock, not 10200-10400.

Man, I guess my system is not that bad after all...
With OCed 9800Pro I was getting 2750~. Got X800XT AIW AGP last night and poped it in, and got 5870 on 3Dmark05. I though it was kinda low at first, and figured I'd need to upgrate my CPU/Mobo, but after seeing all the scores here, I guess my good'ole P4/AGP setup still has some life left in it... Instead of getting new mobo/CPU I'll just up the RAM to 2Gig and I'm good to go... ;)
I bet I can get an extra 100~150 points with overclocking the card...

CPU bound somewhat maybe. I get 11330 stock on two eVGA 7800GT COs and a 4000+ clawhammer.

Possibly. I'm back to stock cooling and 2.2GHz on my 3700+ sandy. Can't go back to my zalman 120mm cu hsf until I get another tube of AS5..

Well, yeap....
Got some moderate OCing in tonight and now I'm getting 6217 score in 3Dm05...
Core at 550 and memory at 523.. For now... :p

Seem fine to me, but then again... I'm hardly CPU bound and my evga gt co's are already overclocked. I got 12238 first run, so I bet I could do even more. And heck, the score I get now with GTs surpasses the SLI score I got with BFG GTX OC's on an older driver with the CPU clocked even higher. Hmm, makes me want to throw those GTXs in to give'em a whirl on the new drivers... :D

i got a p4 2.8 hp, 2gb kingston cheap ram, 6800gt
score 4767 bench mark 05
is it low for the card?
I was gonna get a x850xt but i knew it would be cpu limited and lacks shader 3,0 and full HDR support. so far content with card coming from a geforce 4 ti4200
so is 4767 good for a 6800gt stock, i will run more test when i turn off HT and shut off some programs.

Wow, intel CPU's dont do so hot in 3DMark05, most GTX OC's do 8k out of the box.
