Popular Windows Explorer Replacement

Not talking about the web browser, but the actual file explorer window. Is there a good replacement? The one thing I really like about MacOS is their file browser, how you can customize it to allow for multiple "pane" windows, you know what I mean? Is there any good looking, clean interface, small resource replacement app?

Ive been using Xplorer^2 for a long time. I'm not a power user on it since there are soo many options. Great for what I use. Pretty light on resources as well.

Yeah, another Xplorer2 user here.

Couldn't stand the changes to explorer in Vista and Windows 7 but nonetheless wanted to switch from XP.

Xplorer has a clean XP like interface, dual panes, tabbing and alot of other features. Rarely ever use the OS explorer anymore.
