POP3 Email on Small Business Server 2003

I am running SBS 2003 Premium as a domain controller with Exchange and BES installed for a small company. The Exchange in house mail, BES, and Outlook Webmail Client are all sending and recieving email and syncing calendar appointments, and contacts. However I am unable to setup POP3 email.

The biggest difference in this setup is that I do not have a static IP. I am using no-ip.com for a redirector I do obviously have a registered Domain Name.

Any suggestions...... please
 
Wont your exchange send emails outside the company? (why are you trying to setup POP3 and Exchange)
Can you give examples of what your domain names are and what your MX records are setup as?
