Physical dimensions?

Anyone know the actual physical dimensions of an A64 (including package), compared to a P4 (including package)? I couldn't find this data anywhere... =(

Socket 939 Functional Datasheet (pdf), last page has physical demensions.
754 and 940 as well

P4 6xx series spec sheet (pdf as well, section 3 mechanical specs, bit hard to read on a computer as the actual dimensions are turned 90 degrees from what you would normally read on the sceen, but you'll get it).

Package Size 5.34 cm x 5.34 cm (PGA423)
3.50 cm x 3.50 cm (µPGA478)
5.34 cm x 5.34 cm (PGA603)
3.75 cm x 3.75 cm (LGA775)

and for A64

Package Size 4.00 cm x 4.00 cm

thanks, exactly what i was looking for. I actually tried to get that socket 939 pdf earlier today but it wouldnt load off of amd's website =/
