Can anyone photoshop my wheel so that it's a gunmetal color with a polished lip?

I'm not sure what gunmetal color is, or what exactly you wanted changed on the rims, but here is what I made out of your description. Some hard lighting with various grey colors to the bead of the rim and the wheel area...

The big rim image came out too plasticy looking. Have fun.

lol, half golf cart, half car. its built by dodge, and it is street legal. it goes about 35mph. i never drive it since its my parents toy

Hell it would be a great 'run around town' thing...BUT not in Canada, I cant imagine digging this thing out of a snow bank and driving it anywhere when its -40` out.

By gunmetal you are looking for something more with a cartoon coloring?
