Photoshop like art without photoshop

The artist meticulously arranged a bunch of objects so they would be lined up perfectly with the edges at right angles and make it look like there were 4 separate photos in a grid layout. Looks like it really needs a video to gradually change the angle to make it look more dramatic. The way the image in OP puts the setup shot right below it really spoils the whole thing IMO. Needs a more dramatic reveal to show off what was done here.

And yeah, since this shot could easily be made in any program that displays images (not just photoshop, but like any html editor pretty much), it does seem extra pointless to manually create a grid image by hand in real life.

But hey, I've seen plenty of artwork that was much more pointless done by people who had even more ridiculous amounts of time on their hands. Minecraft anyone?
