Yep... CSS -> Halo Nav.

It looks clean, works, and it's simple, which is all we need. I know html and CSS, but my SSI/XHTML/XSL/etc skills are way out of date, and I'm not a graphics guy, so the page would look like shit if I did it all by hand. This gets it done and looks good.

K. I'm not in the pic :D

That's an old group pic, and I need to get it re-made once everyone gets back. It's there just as a good placeholder so I can get a feel of how the entire thing is going to work.
