PhotoCard Kiosk

I work at a small construction company, and we constantly have supervisors from our field come in and have to put pictures onto our server. Is there any software available that would be "kiosk" like whereas they could come in, slide in their card with pictures, enter in which job it was for "or select from a drop down box of folders in the "job pictures" folder, and transfer them? Im sick of having to dump everyone's pictures at the end of the day.
