Photo Downscaling program?

Hey all, I am looking for a program that will to a bach downscale of about 120 photos that i have scanned at 1200 dpi. I want to scale them down to a lower res so Premiere will take them. If anyone knows of an automated program that will take the files and scale them down to X value that would save me a ton of time. Thanks!
