Mwave.com has the 9500 instock with free ground shipping. I was hoping AMD would have released unlocked phenoms at the sametime, but the 9500 will be enough to keep me entertained for a while.

It is at Fry's B&M too (maybe). They're offering the Phenom 9500 for $299 with an AMD 770 chipset AM2+ motherboard with PCI-E 2.0 and DDR2-1066 support.

The motherboard isn't exciting (and maybe a little scary since it's the first AMD 770 board to market) except that it's essentially only $40 and should support split plane power on the CPU. AMD Overdrive supports the 770 chipset so if it works with that board, it's a bonus.
