Should I keep my system and sell the i5 2500k for $210, or sell most of the parts and reuse the others(will cost around $120 to rebuild)? What-I-Do-With-My-Computer Answers below

Current Specs
CPU-Z
unbolded would be parts to sell, green-bolded parts to keep
AMD Phenom II x2 550BE unlocked to quad, overclocked to 3.4ghz
MSI 785GM-E65 mATX board
OCZ Platinum DDR3 2x2GB 1333 7-7-7-20 1.65v
EVGA PCIe x1 USB 3.0 card
Belkin PCI Wireless N card
-----below = parts I keep
G.Skill 2x4GB 1333 9-9-9-24 1.5v
XFX 5770 1GB
1TB WD Caviar Black
Corsair 400W-CX
mATX case
2xDell 2209WA eIPS 22" 1680x1050
1xno-name TN 22" 1680x1050(for eyefinity)

I reckon I can get maybe $200 or so for the first 5 items unbolded above

I got a $190 intel i5 2500k from microcenter. I just need a mATX mobo like this $120 p67 matx intel mobo

I am a college student majoring in Computer Science, for programming projects, I do hit the 100% usage mark. I know that benchmarks for Phenom II x4 vs i5 2500k has i5 2500k twice the speed/power, so $120 is somewhat worth it

STANDARD QUESTIONS
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Some gaming(gta iv, CS:S, maybe newer games), web browsing coding
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I just need a mATX board. Out of pocket after selling parts = $120
3) Where do you live?
Baltimore, MD. Microcenter close enough
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Just Mobo
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Read above
6) Will you be overclocking?
Some
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
3x22" 1680x1050
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Soon. Either sell the i5 2500k, or sell the parts I have to build a i5 2500k
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
None really.[/url]
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
W7 Pro 64bit from current computer

No Socket 1155 mATX boards have been announced yet. If your current system is fine for you, just stick with that.

My mistake.

But check to see whether or not the Intel board is capable of overclocking.

should be... p67s = no onboard GPU, but overclocking
h67s = onboard GPU but no overclocking

although they are intel boards... usually with no goodies

if not, hopefully the asus matx boards from this thread will come up... otherwise i;ll probably sell the cpu instead
