PDF -> Word conversion

Anyone have experience with a *quality* program that converts PDF's into MS Office, Word, or Excel AND looks decent?

Ive been installing demos all morning and the ones ive tried all look like crap when they are done.

Ive tried:

ABBYY
Able2Extract

theres someothers out there but they dont allow trial versions. No way my company is gonna pay for a tool unless they can see it work, and it has to be good enough to be used for customer facing documents.

Nothing exists, sorry.

Every program out there is going to require SIGNIFICANT clean up work after the conversion takes place.

Those OCR, scanner to word documents are the same way. 99% of the time require signifcant manual clean up.

what about something besides full blown acrobat that allows minor editting? typos and such like that?

we use pdftypewriter at my job... it's not pretty, but works for minor text editing and blanking out areas.

I found something that meets my needs:

ABBYY couldn't line up tables and such correctly. Text would spill out of their boxes, stuff on one row wouldn't line up with the one above it, etc.
