.pdf to .doc converter

Can someone recommend a good .pdf to .doc converter? It doesn't have to be free, but I would like to try it before I buy. Thanks in advance.
 
So I can edit it. I work user support and they get stuff all the time that they want to edit or pull stuff out of a PDF, but they don't have the full version, not that it helps much anyways. Anyways, if I could just send them back a .doc file they can work on it would be better/faster for everyone, esp. ME. :D
