On a side note, I would not buy anything from Ebay that isn't clearly touting the brand name of the product.

That doesn't sound cool. There are a lot of "optional" things that I would think would be included. I say keep looking.
 
hmm, nice response.
i was looking for one pci tv card that had radio, tv, digital tv and remote. then i saw dvb cards which uses motorised dishes to receive the german channels =D
