PCI Slots not working on IC7-G. Help?

I've got 2 cards installed to my PCI slots. The following in order from top to bottom.

5. Empty
4. Empty
3. Empty
2. ATI Tuner VE
1. Sound Blaster Audigy 2

I just installed my prescott this morning (2.8E) and booted up just fine with my RAID-0 array of raptor drives. However, it doesn't recognize that ANYTHING is installed to ANY of my PCI-Slots. Not only does windows not detect my sound card, it doesn't even detect my ATI Tuner VE, which I just put in as well.

Any ideas =\

Fixed. Disabled Silicon Raid Controller.
