"PCI Simple Communications Controller" - Unknown Sabertooth device?

did you install the Intel network drivers? My Z77 Pro needed them as well as the usb 3.0 drivers.
 
No modem connected to computer? (either internal or external) as modems without drivers are very likely to be PCI simple communication controllers.
 
Asus ATK 100 acpi utility driver.

Hope that one is it. If not, last resort is to put in the driver disc and tell the device to update via device manager. PM me if you need more help.
 
Had the exact thing on my P8Z77-V Pro. It went away after I installed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers.
