PCi-E Bifurcation on the Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI - how crazy can I actually get?

Have the following setup:
  • CPU TR Pro 3975WX
  • RAM: 256GB Kit F4-3600C16Q2-256GVK running at 3200
  • 3 x Quadro P 620 on slots 5, 6, 7
  • 3 x Hyper M.2 Gen 4 SSD fully populated with Samsung (500 + 250 GB 980 Pro SSD) on slots 1,2,3
  • U.2 ports running in SATA mode, connected to icydock caddy running total of 8 x ST500LM000-1EJ162-SSHD
  • SATA Ports 1 - 4 running 4 x Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB
  • M.2_1 running Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB

I had a bunch of WHEA errors with 3 Hyper M.2 cards fully populated with NVMe SSDs in slots 1 - 3. After back and forth with Asus (and a returned RMA saying nothing wrong with it), they gave me the attached BIOS and the errors disappeared from windows log.

Haven't done any performance benchmark testing to see if the BIOS update have actually degraded performance, so for anyone trying this, do benchamrk test before, and compare with after to see if this is some hacky patch.

User under your own risk / reponsibility.
