Fry's has a great deal on a motherboard and xp2800+ but my ram is:

KVR266X64C25/512 - Part Detail

Description 512MB 266MHz DDR PC2100 DIMM CL2.5
Specification Standard 64M X 64 Non-ECC 266MHz 184-pin Unbuffered DIMM (SDRAM-DDR, 2.5V, CL2.5, Gold)

Which means its too slow for the 333 fsb right? But.... there is a chance it could handle 333 right? Are there any sites that catalogue how good sticks of ram overclock?

Kingston Value RAM.. probably won't be able to get to the speed ya need.

Hey that's the same RAM I have =)

Currently using it in my DDR400 system to test its max OC. It works just fine if I change my CPU:RAM ratio to DDR266 settings. Afterwards I overclock the system to see how far the RAM can go.
