PBX/Softphones/External Connection Issues

Ok, so i am running the most recent release of Elastix, and i need to setup softphones, and i am using 3cxphones and i cannont get them working, help is much appreciated.. Thanks!
 
Is the Elastix Box front facing or behind a firewall?

Have you tried turning IPTABLES off to test?

Your post could use a bit more information.
 
Its behind a router/modem/gateway combo...
No, but ill do that now
DIdnt really know what else to add
 
I was told to do this, and am unsure where to start

Have you setup the NAT commands in Elastix so it knows to communicate with the outside sip device via its external IP?
