So I had a PayPal dispute for a videocard I sold on eBay. I wasn't worried since I shipped the card to the address on file, tracking automatically uploaded since I used the integrated FedEx shipping stuff, insurance, and signature. The tracking info showed delivered as expected with their signature. So 60 days later they dispute saying unauthorized charge. I didn't have to do anything on my end since the tracking info stuff is all automatic. Dispute is settled and I don't have to do anything since I was covered by seller protection. But here's the rub. So did this person get a free video card? They disputed the charge even though it was shipped to their address and signed by the card holder. They got their money back and they get to keep the merch. How does that make sense? Should I start 'buying' all my big ticket items this way?
