Payment sent, item not received, same items now up under a different handle

Timeline:

June 29th- Bought and paid for 7700k and GTX 1060. Seller says they will ship tomorrow.
July 6th- Had not heard, sent a request for tracking info
July 8th- Sent another request for info, no comms since 6/29.

July 12th- filed claim with paypal

So, I did wind up getting my money back, however still not a single comm from the seller. I figured there was some emergency that prevented them from accessing the internet or something, and dropped it.

However, I just saw today the same items, posted in the same format, signed with the same very unique first name, under a different user handle. Since I have no way to validate, I'm holding off on posting up links or user names. If a mod would like them or if it is appropriate to post them here, please let me know.

I think I know who you are speaking of, waiting to see what happens.
 
I PMed that guy about those items a couple times saying I was interested in buying them and never got a response, guess I dodged a bullet there
 
Hey guys, Crosshairs is looking into the forum members mentioned.

I did get all the money back from paypal, however still to this day haven't heard anything back from the guy since the very first day of comms, including radio silence in the paypal arbitration.
